Working in the R&D team based in Reggio Emilia (Italy) you will be responsible for GINESTRA™ simulator development.

 

Technical Skills:

Full Professor of Electronics at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia since 2005. His research interest covers the modeling and the characterization and reliability of dielectric stacks in CMOS technology and of non-volatile memory devices (Flash, DRAM, RRAM, etc.).

 

 

 

Luca Vandelli, Ph.D.

Co-Founder


Ph.D. degree in information technology from the university of Modena and Reggio Emilia, 2012. His research interests focus on modelling and characterization of electrical transport and reliability of thin gate oxides in non-volatile memory devices and MOS transistors.

 

 

 

Andrea Padovani, Ph.D.

Co-Founder


Ph.D. from the University of Ferrara, Ferrara, Italy, in 2009. His research activity focuses on solid-state non-volatile memory and logic devices and have been carried out in the framework of research projects founded by the national government and by the European Union, as well as in the framework of scientific collaborations with semiconductor companies.
